I was a psychologist in my previous life, now I am a painter, developing my practice following my studies at the Manchester School of Art.
I love the vibrant intensity of oil paint on canvas, the colour, the richness of the texture, the sheer joy of applying the paint and watching the images emerge. I am focussed on landscapes, using abstraction and expressionism to shape the amazing forms of nature. Each painting is a new adventure into colour, texture and shape.
I am also working with skilled and experienced printing technicians and photographers to produce high quality giclée prints of all my paintings.
